This FREE audio class is just like attending the YOGA FOR HEALING taught weekly in San Diego at Ginseng Yoga, Tuesdays at noon.
Breathing explorations, or pranayama, gently go into easy movements and joint openings, then it ends with 20 minutes of guided relaxation.
Anyone can listen to Yoga for Cancer Survivors audio class and mentally do the exercises as a way to provide your mind with readiness to move, when the time is right. The 80 minute CD has extra music at the end, so that relaxation can continue for an extended period. Your readiness to participate physically is something that you and your doctor will decide.
Many cancer patients use the YCS CD to listen and relax during cancer treatment.
* Use it to listen to when you are anxious.
* I know how hard it is to get back in touch with your body during and after cancer.
* I made this with you in mind.
* Yoga research has shown that it can help relieve many side effects of cancer treatment : sleeplessness, anxiety, pain, fatigue and so much more.
You can download an MP3 version of the ‘Yoga for Cancer Survivors’ CD for free below in English, Spanish, and Slovene.
* My goal is to translate the CD into every possible major language for free download. Can you help? What language do you speak?
